This is another video that's been around for awhile. Essentially it compresses two hours of development time into a 2 minute video.
Of course, we need to ASSume that the developer is creating this site based upon consumer feedback to meet their needs and NOT the needs of the developer or client. That's always the hope. But alas, not always the reality.
